抗酸染色
acid?fast staining

检查抗酸性细菌的一种特殊染色方法。系用含有5%石炭酸的高浓度的复红染液,加温,以促使菌体着色,然后用3%盐酸酒精脱色,再用美蓝复染。抗酸性细菌(结核杆菌、麻风杆菌等)一旦着色以后,能抵抗盐酸酒精的脱色,故仍保持红色;非抗酸性细菌被脱色,而复染成蓝色。故根据抗酸染色可将细菌分为抗酸性细菌和非抗酸性细菌两大类。
