acid?fast staining
检查抗酸性细菌的一种特殊染色方法。系用含有5%石炭酸的高浓度的复红染液，加温，以促使菌体着色，然后用3%盐酸酒精脱色，再用美蓝复染。抗酸性细菌(结核杆菌、麻风杆菌等）一旦着色以后，能抵抗盐酸酒精的脱色，故仍保持红色；非抗酸性细菌被脱色，而复染成蓝色。故根据抗酸染色可将细菌分为抗酸性细菌和非抗酸性细菌两大类。
