Based on international research experience,this article intends to explore the application of this method to China and to introduce the method and policy implications of benefit incidence analysis of government sudsidy for medical facilities from health equity opinion.

During the construction period of overall well-being society,health equity has important significance for maximizing investment efficiency in personnel resources.

Objectives Through investigating the health status and behavior of seeking health services of the women and girls in poor rual areas, and analyzing the characterization and factors of utilizing health resources, to research the feasible strategies of improving the gendered health equity, and provide evidences and comments to the policy-makers.
