精神分析定向的环境治疗

精神分析定向的环境治疗印sychoana卜-tica一ly oriented milieu therapy)亦称“适应于精神分析的环境治疗”。指将精神分析的自我心理学理沦用于环境所有方面的设计中,以便为病人解决内心冲突、形成强有力的健康人格结构提供必要的条件。这里所说的环境,是广义的,至少包括物理环境、病人生活的组织机构和每天同病人接触的工作人员。这一治疗设想最先由艾奇浩恩(AjChh。rn,A.)于第」次世界大战后提出,20世纪4()年代后在美国各地进一步发展并付诸实践,最后由芝加哥大学的犷{特尔海姆(Bettelheim,B.)发展成为一个治疗模式。环境的所有力一而都可产生心理影响,这一思想对于各种治疗和人生的其他领域(如教育、生产、娱乐)都有广泛的意义。 (梁宝勇撰徐俊觅审)
