| 膝半月板损伤 knee，meniscus tear of 膝关节内的半月形纤维软骨的破裂。正常膝关节由股骨髁的球形关节面与胫骨平台连接，内外侧的楔形间隙由内外侧半月板充填，增加了胫骨承受载荷传导的面积，起到稳定关节的作用。半屈膝位受到扭转载荷时或者反复下蹲起立时均可能引起半月板损伤。伤后可出现关节绞锁、弹响、疼痛及关节不稳或滑落感，股四头肌萎缩，关节间隙压痛，回旋挤压患侧引起疼痛及弹响。X射线平片、关节造影、超声检查及关节镜检查有助于进一步确诊。半月板损伤不要轻易完全切除，以免破坏正常载荷传导规律和日后可能出现的骨关节病。半月板边缘有血运，可缝合修复。桶柄型、鸟嘴型或横型撕裂可部分切除，但撕裂严重或已变性丧失功能者仍需完全切除。手术前后应行股四头肌锻炼，以防肌肉萎缩。 |
