尿路梗阻

泌尿系的肾、输尿管、膀胱、尿道等部位的先天性或后天性因素,如结石、肿瘤、炎症、狭窄等因素或泌尿系以外的病变累及以上部位的管道而引起阻塞,使尿液排出受阻。持续的梗阻终将导致肾积水,肾功能损害,甚至肾功能衰竭。膀胱以上梗阻,肾积水发生较快,一般仅一侧肾脏受影响。膀胱以下梗阻,由于膀胱的缓冲,肾的影响较慢,多引起双侧肾积水。
