人工冬眠
又称"冬眠疗法"。用安定药、镇静药和镇痛药组成"冬眠合剂"，使机体处于一种"保护性抑制状态"。人工冬眠有降低人体对外来强烈刺激所引起的紧张性反应的作用，使神经和内分泌腺活动逐渐接近正常。从而降低器官和组织的代谢和耗氧量，争得时间有利于采取其它治疗措施，使病人度过危险期。冬眠疗法主要用于严重创伤、感染、中枢性高热、高热惊厥、甲状腺危象、妊娠毒血症等。应用时应注意观察生命本征（体温、呼吸、脉搏、血压）。有肝、肾、心功能障碍，血容量减少，呼吸道阻塞者不宜用。
