荞麦、糙米、大麦、燕麦、薏仁 共30公克
红萝蔔 30公克
地瓜叶 10片
萝蔔嫩叶 5片
鲔鱼松 30公克
糖 1小匙
盐 1小匙
醋 1小匙
制作：
1.荞麦、糙米、大麦、燕麦、薏仁洗净，以清水浸泡约4小时，再放入电锅中煮熟备用。
2.红萝蔔洗净切细长条，以糖、盐、醋腌至变软；地瓜叶、萝蔔嫩叶以加入1/2小匙盐的沸水中汆烫後随即捞起，泡入冷水中约1～2分钟後捞起挤乾备用。
3. 取作法1的杂粮饭约30公克，摊平在手掌上，铺上少许鲔鱼松，再摆上作法2的红萝蔔及地瓜叶、萝蔔嫩叶後再整型成小饭糰即可。
五谷米以糙米、荞麦、大麦、燕麦、薏仁等五类杂粮组成，其纤维质、维生素的含量较白米多，淀粉含量却少了许多，很适合想瘦身的人食用。
