辅料
面粉、粉条、虾皮、韭菜、青红椒、鸡蛋
调料
盐、味精
烹制方法:
1、将荞麦面和面粉以1:1的比例取出放入碗中,用水调成面糊,饧10分钟左右备用;
2、鸡蛋加盐打匀炒熟取出,韭菜和青红椒末分别用热油浇一下,放入器皿中,加入鸡蛋末、虾皮、粉条、盐、味精搅拌均匀;
3、坐平底锅加少许油,将面糊倒入摊成饼取出,再摊一张饼,放入调好的馅料,盖上另一张饼煎熟即可。
