肝实热证
肝实热证 证名。肝经邪热炽盛的病证。《备急千金要方》卷十一：“病苦心下坚满，常两胁痛，息忿忿如怒状，名曰肝实热，热则阳气盛，致心下坚满，两胁痛上小腹，忿忿如怒。气逆目眩，为血有余，即目痛，眼眦赤，生息肉，阳毒所致，悒悒先寒而后热，颈直背强，筋急不得屈伸。”治宜泻肝清热为主。用龙胆泻肝汤、泻青丸等方。
