脾实腹胀 脾实腹胀 病证名。指脾为湿热所伤而引致之腹胀。多由厚味伤及脾胃，积热与湿邪困脾，脾失健运所致。《症因脉治》：“脾实腹胀之证，眼目黄肿，夜不得卧，肚腹时热，小便赤色，大便或结或泻，或时作痛，泻下黄沫，肛门热痛。”宜清化湿热，兼以导滞行气。眼目黄肿，用龙胆泻肝汤；肚腹时热，用川连戊己汤；小便赤色，用导赤各半汤；泻下黄沫，家秘泻黄散；肛门热，川连枳壳汤加黄柏、槐米；胸前满闷，栀连二陈汤、栀连平胃散加枳实以消脾满。”参见腹胀、内伤腹胀条。
