韩药参鸡汤
材料：童子鸡1只（去头、爪、内脏后不超过600克为佳），江米适量，大枣、板栗、大蒜、高丽参1根 调料：盐、味精、鸡粉适量
做法：
(1).将泡好的江米、大蒜、去皮板栗放入鸡腹内，将口封住。
(2).砂锅加水，烧开后将童子鸡放入砂锅中，加大枣、高丽参炖到鸡肉与鸡骨分开为止。
(3).加入精盐、味精、鸡粉调味即可。
