阿昌族民间创世史诗。流传于云南省梁河县阿昌族地区。诗中的主人公遮帕麻与遮米麻是阿昌人传述的两位开辟神。遮帕麻是天公,他造了天空、太阳和月亮;遮米麻是地母，她编织了大地，创造了海洋。天公地母结合，九年后生下一颗葫芦籽。种下后，结了一个磨盘大的葫芦。剖开葫芦，从里面走出汉、傣、白、纳西、哈尼、彝、景颇、德昂、阿昌等 9个民族。史诗还叙述了洪水以后，遮米麻用三根地筋补好了东、西、北三边天地；遮帕麻修了南天门。从此世界又获安宁。但这时大地的中央出了个乱世魔王腊訇,它将乾坤挠乱,荼毒生灵。遮帕麻又降伏恶魔，重整天地。史诗充满了奇伟瑰丽的幻象，反映出阿昌族先民对天地形成、人类起源、自然万物等一系列蒙昧认识。史诗整理本保持了原有风貌，它对研究阿昌族历史、宗教信仰、生活习俗均有重要价值。
