多年冻土区路基铺设保温护道的目的在于削弱边坡热侵蚀作用对路基下多年冻土温度状况的影响,防止多年冻土上限特别是阳坡侧冻土上限下降,减少人为活动对路堤坡脚及附近天然地表的破坏;防止路侧地表积水渗入基底;对边坡产生反压,防止路肩滑塌,以保证路基的稳定。

先天性畸形之一。尿道阙如常并发其他严重畸形，尿道阙如或闭锁时，胎儿在宫内排出的尿液使膀胱膨胀，压迫脐动脉，引起胎儿循环障碍，故多为死产。尿道闭锁的预后决定于闭锁部位。如系后尿道闭锁，与尿道阙如相同，多为死产或生后不久死亡。前尿道闭锁尤以靠近尿道外口者，尿路压力较轻，可行尿道造瘘术，日后再行尿道成形术。
