【来源】
为兰科植物鸡肾草的全草。
【植物形态】
鸡肾草 多年生草本，高25～50厘米。块茎长椭圆形，肉质，白色，常2个，大小不等，具稀须根。茎直立。单叶互生，5～7片，披针形或卵状披针形，先端渐尖，基部有叶鞘抱茎，上面深绿色，下面谈绿色。穗状花序顶生。花小而密，外面3片淡黄绿色，内面3片白色。 生于林区向阳山坡。分布湖北、西藏等地。

甘，温。 ①《西藏常用中草药》："甘淡，平。" ②《荆州中草药》："甘。温。"
【功用主治】
①《西藏常用中草药》："补肾壮阳。治阳萎，疝气。" ②《荆州中草药》："治小儿遗尿。。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，2～4钱。
