crush injury
机体受巨大压力或冲击力作用使大范围的皮下组织和肌肉受挤压或捻挫而无皮肤破裂的损伤。受压部位解除压迫后可出现广泛出血、血栓形成、组织坏死及严重的炎症反应。伤后严重的肿胀及组织内压增高会阻碍肢体血循环,减少血容量;大量失活细胞崩解物的吸收,可引发急性肾功能衰竭。
