【性状】
本品为白色片。
【鉴别】
取本品的细粉适量（约相当于磷酸哌嗪0.5g），加水20ml，加热振摇使 磷酸哌嗪溶解，滤过，滤液照磷酸哌嗪项下的鉴别(1)、(2)项试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品10片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于磷酸哌嗪 1g），置100ml量瓶中，加水90ml，振摇使磷酸哌嗪溶解，再用水稀释至刻度，摇匀,用 干燥滤纸滤过，精密量取续滤液10ml，加三硝基苯酚试液70ml，搅拌，加热，至上层溶 液澄清，放冷，1小时后，用置105℃恒重的垂熔玻璃坩埚滤过，沉淀用哌嗪的三硝基苯 酚衍生物(C4H10N2.2C6H3N3O7)的饱和溶液洗涤数次后，在105℃干燥至恒重，精密称定。 沉淀的重量与0.3714相乘，即得供试量中含有C4H10N2.H3PO4.H2O的重量。
