深低温心停搏法
cardiac arrest with profound hypothermia

是使心脏停跳的一种方法,也是体外循环的一种技术。指用体表和血流中心降温使直肠温度降至18~20℃时,阻断主动脉,灌注冷心跳液,心脏停跳后停止动脉灌注,施行心内手术完毕后,恢复动脉灌注,用灌注中心复温,使心脏复苏。
