临床比较少见,病因不清,见于任何年龄,主要病理改变为嗜酸性纤维蛋白物栓塞小动脉,这种血管损害可发生在各个器官。临床表现为血小板减少性出血和溶血性贫血,肝脾肿大很明显,溶血较急者可发热,并有腹痛、恶心、腹泻甚至昏迷、惊厥及其他神经系统症状。网织红细胞增加,周围血象中可出现有核红细胞。肾脏也可受累,预后不好。肾上腺皮质激素、潘生丁及血浆置换疗法等治疗有一定疗效。
