Objective:To explore the change and clinical significance of IL-6、IL-8、MMP-9 in serum in the children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN).
目的:探讨过敏性紫癜肾炎(HSPN)患儿血清中IL-6、IL-8、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的水平变化及其临床意义。
补充资料：咽炎
| 咽炎 pharyngitis 咽部粘膜和淋巴组织的炎症。分急性和慢性两种：①急性咽炎为上呼吸道感染的一部分，可由细菌或病毒引起，在身体抵抗力低下，营养不良、劳累、受凉等情况下易于发病。此外附近有感染病变如慢性扁桃体炎、慢性鼻窦炎，接触粉尘或有害气体时亦易发病。患者咽痛、烧灼感，并可有发热及周身不适症状。检查见咽壁粘膜充血，淋巴组织增生肿胀，下颌角淋巴结肿大压痛。患者应休息，多饮水，服用抗感染药物。漱口、中药治疗亦有效。②慢性咽炎很常见，多因急性咽炎反复发作、周围有感染病变或烟酒刺激所致。患者有咽部异物感、阻塞感、发胀感，咽部分泌物增多，易恶心，有时伴有咽痛。检查咽部充血，淋巴组织增生。 治疗包括增强身体抵抗力、戒烟酒、少用辛辣饮食、治疗周围病变、保持口腔清洁等，用中药、理疗、药物雾化吸入、含片等亦有疗效。早期的咽部或喉部肿瘤症状有似慢性咽炎者，检查时应仔细，以防漏诊。较为少见的咽炎有梭形杆菌及螺旋体感染引起的樊尚氏咽峡炎，粒性白细胞缺乏性咽峡炎，疱病毒引起的疱疹性咽炎及霉菌性咽峡炎、咽白喉等。 |
