哮喘脱敏疗法
一种免疫疗法。凡不能避免的并经皮肤试验或其它方法证实或怀疑的主要抗原性物质，可制成一定浓度的浸出液，以逐渐增加剂量及浓度的原则，进行发作季节前脱敏。用1:5000，1:1000等几种浓度，每周皮下注射1～2次，一般以15～20次为一疗程，必要时可以最高剂量每2～3周注射一次，维持2～3年，脱敏过程中有时可激发哮喘，偶可引起严重过敏，直至过敏性休克，不可不慎。
