性质:又称磷酸二钠。无色透明单斜晶系棱形晶体。密度1.52g/cm3。熔点34.6℃。在空气中迅速风化。溶于水。水溶液呈碱性。不溶于乙醇。在高于30℃的温度下在水溶液中结晶成七水合物(Na2HPO4·7H2O),100℃时失去全部结晶水而成无水物(Na2·HPO4)。250℃时分解成焦磷酸钠。可由纯碱与20%~30%湿法磷酸进行中和反应,控制中和液pH值8.0~8.4,趁热过滤,经浓缩,冷却结晶,分离,干燥而制得。如欲制得二水物(Na2HPO4·2H2O),可在过滤后向滤液中加入磷酸调节pH值在4.2~4.4。用作木材、纸张和织物的阻燃剂,釉药和焊药,染色用媒染剂、双氧水漂白的稳定剂,红霉素、青霉素和链霉素的培养基,锅炉软水剂等。食品加工中用作品质改良剂,乳化剂,营养强化剂,黏结剂等。
