材料: 猪里脊肉250克,金针菇50克,水发黑木耳50克。
调料: 蒜末、红辣椒、葱末、绍酒各一大匙,水三大匙,酱油、黑醋各两大匙,色拉油四大匙,湿淀粉、白糖各一中匙,精盐、味精、胡椒粉各少许。
做法: ①将里脊肉切丝,加入水、酱油、绍酒、一大匙色拉油、黑醋、淀粉、白糖、精盐、味精、胡椒粉腌30分钟,金针菇切段,木耳切丝。
②将三大匙色拉油高火2分钟,放入葱末、蒜末、红辣椒段高火2分钟。③将腌好的肉丝与金针菇、木耳拌匀后再高火2分钟即可。
