丹溪乡地处江西省赣州市寻乌县最南端，与粤北平远、兴宁两县接壤，辖区面积165平方公里，全乡10个行政村，48个自然村，98个村民小组，2928户，14294人，耕地面积9643亩，山林面积19.13万亩，境内资源丰富，现建成小水电站23座，装机容量6500千瓦，区内气候温暖湿润，昼夜温差大，22万亩宜果宜茶，山地肥沃，盛产茶叶，水柿、兰花等天然资源，毛竹林、矿产资源丰富。
