Results A satisfactory 24 h -sustained release curve can be obtained when the pellets is coated with Eudragit RL30D and RS30D under the optimized formulation and preparing conditions.
结果以丙烯酸树脂EudragitRL30D和EudragitRS30D为包衣材料,质量比为4∶1,包衣增重10 % (w) ,增塑剂的用量为2 0 % (w ) ,无需熟化,可满足2 4h缓释的要求。
