气纳三焦 气纳三焦 子午流注针法用语。与血纳包络相对。《针灸大全》：“三焦乃阳气之父，包络乃阴血之母。”“阳干注腑，甲、丙、戊、庚、壬而重见者，气纳于三焦”。意指当阳干的重见时，分别按生成的关系取三焦经的五输穴。如甲日于甲戍时开胆经的井穴，至甲申时重见甲，取三焦经荥（水）穴。甲属木，为水生木关系。
