| 疱疹样皮炎 dermatitis herpetiformis 一种慢性复发性大疱性皮肤病。好发于躯干及四肢伸侧，自觉瘙痒。患者大多是中、青年，偶见于儿童。预后良好。因1884年美国皮肤病学家L.A.杜林首先报道，故又称杜林氏病。 病因尚未明了。皮疹呈多形性，有红斑、丘疹、风团、水疱，偶见大疱。疱壁紧张，不易破裂，尼科利斯基氏征阴性。皮疹常集簇分布或排列成环形、匐行形，对称分布于腋后、肩胛部、股部及四肢伸侧，很少累及口腔粘膜。常有程度不等的瘙痒。病程慢性，可反复加重或缓解。根据典型的临床表现和病理变化可以确诊。需与天疱疮、大疱性类天疱疮等鉴别。 患者应避免食用海带、紫菜等含碘食物及溴剂，试禁用一个时期（3～6个月）含谷胶的面食，观察对皮疹有何影响。药物有氨苯砜、皮质类固醇激素、抗组胺类药物。外用炉甘石洗剂和皮质类固醇霜膏。 |
