| 药疹 drug eruption 药物通过口服 、注射、粘膜吸收进入体内引起皮肤粘膜发疹。又称药物性皮炎。可有发热，也可侵内脏器官，重者可死亡。大部为变态反应所致。固定型药疹多由磺胺、巴比妥、四环素等引起。发疹型药疹，如麻疹样、猩红热样等，重者可有剥脱性皮炎、表皮松解坏死和重症多形红斑样药疹等，伴全身症状，甚至影响肝肾，引起死亡。根据病史、临床特点、潜伏期（一般7～10天 ，过去有过敏者，数十分钟至24小时）等可与传染病相鉴别和诊断。轻症停药后，使用抗组胺药、维生素C等即可。重症需请专业医师或住院治疗。病愈后避免再用同类药物。
