Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of acute acalculous gangrenous cholecystitis (AAGC).
目的探讨急性无结石性坏疽性胆囊炎的诊断及外科治疗方法。

Objective:To estimate serum concentrations of Lipoprotein(α)(Lp(α),total cholesterol(TC),Triglycerides(TG),low density cholesterol-c(LDL-c),High density cholesterol-c(HDL-c),and Uric acid(UA)in diabetic foot(DF)lesion patients with or without gangrenous.
方法:56例已确诊2型糖尿病(DM)病人,依照Wagner足病分级方法分为3组,A组:糖尿病足重度溃疡伴坏疽者16例(男10例,女6例);B组:糖尿病足中度溃疡而无坏疽者18例(男11例,女7例);C组:糖尿病足轻度溃疡或存在足病潜在危险因素者22例(男13例,女9例)。

| 脱疽 因疮肿而致趾、指末端疼痛、坏疽，甚至趾（指）节脱落为主要症候的疾病。类似于血栓闭塞性脉管炎和闭塞性动脉粥样硬变。该病早见于南北朝《刘涓子鬼遗方》，称名脱痈、脱骨疽等。多因过食厚味，以致郁火毒邪蕴于脏腑、加之肾阴亏损，不能制火而发；或因外感寒湿毒邪，营卫不调，气血凝滞而成。本病好发于四肢末端，尤以下肢更为多见。初起时趾（指）怕冷、苍白、麻木、间歇性跛行，继则疼痛剧烈，日久患趾（指）坏死变黑，甚至趾（指）节脱落。治宜滋肾养血，健脾益气，活血解毒为主。用阳和汤或四妙勇安汤加减。外治：早期可用隔姜灸法或以附子、干姜等捣敷脚心；若腐烂黑焰、痛不可忍者，宜用大甘草研末香油调敷；腐去后再以生肌玉红膏；若黑坏死，则应手术切除。 |
