火闭 病证名。系指因火邪上炎所致之听力下降者。《景岳全书》卷二十七：“风火闭者，因诸经之火壅塞清道，其证必哄哄熇熇，或胀或闷，或烦或热，或兼头面红赤者是也。”治宜清热泻火。可选用凉膈散，龙胆泻肝汤加减。参见耳聋条。
