方法:检测2007年3月至2008年12月共30例功能性便秘患者和30例正常对照者的肛门直肠动力及感觉功能,检测指标包括:肛管长度,直肠、肛管静息压,直肠、肛管收缩压,直肠、肛管排便压,咳嗽压,直肠初始感觉阈值,直肠初始排便感觉阈值,最大耐受感觉阈值,直肠肛门抑制反射。
