原料：黄糕粑500克。
调料：色拉油适量。
制作方法：煎。将黄糕粑切成1厘米厚的片，放入平锅中用油煎至两面脆，装盘即成。黄糕粑也称黄粑，是以上等大米、糯米各半和10％的黄豆加适量的红糖制作而成。即大米磨成米粉，糯米蒸成米饭，黄豆磨成豆浆。三种原料加上红糖充分搅拌均匀，打成面团，制成长方形粑块，用斑竹笋壳包裹用线捆扎后上甑蒸8小时以上，用微火保温一夜出甑即成。
风味特色：色泽金红，软糯可口，滋润甜香。
技术要领：大米、糯米和黄豆比例要合适，蒸的时间要够。
