补充资料：肺阴虚证
| 肺阴虚证 肺阴不足，虚热内生所表现的证候。多由久咳伤阴，痨虫袭肺，或热病后期阴津损伤所致。临床表现为咳嗽无痰或痰少而粘、口咽干燥、形体消瘦、午后潮热、五心烦热、盗汗，颧红，甚则痰中带血、声音嘶哑、舌红少津、脉细数 。肺阴虚证以肺病常见症状和阴虚内热证共见为诊断依据。肺主清肃，性喜柔润，肺阴不足，失其清润之性，气机上逆而为咳嗽。阴虚生内热，津为热灼，炼液成痰，量少质粘，难以咯出；热伤肺络，见痰中带血；阴津不足，则口咽干燥 ；金破不鸣，见声音嘶哑。潮热，五心烦热，盗汗、颧红，舌红少苔，脉细数，均为阴虚内热之征象。治宜滋养肺阴，方用百合固金汤。 |
