运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,对1995～2005年间国内73种期刊上公开发表且被"中国期刊全文数据库"收录的,有关软式排球的176篇科研文章的作者进行分析发现:软式排球科研队伍已经形成,但核心作者群非常薄弱;科研工作者年龄分布主要集中在30～45岁的中青年科研群体中,且高等院校教师是我国软式排球科研的主要力量;整个科研文章的作者群中,中级和副高级职称人员人数比例高,而正高级、初级作者人数较少。

Meanwhile,based on deteRmination methods proposed by domestic scholars,this paper determinates core authors by comprehensive evaluatIon index method based on amount of published papers,times cited,the numbers of paper citation.
基于中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)1998～2006年数据,分析《情报学报》载文被引情况,从h指数的测定、论文主题分布、论文被引频次年代分布、期刊即年指标等方面,分析其影响力,并在综合分析了国内学者对期刊核心作者测定方法基础上,提出了基于发文量、被引次数、被引篇数三个指标的综合指数评价方法测定期刊的核心作者,结果表明,该h指数排在前列,其学术影响力、贡献力较高,已形成比较稳定的高质量核心作者群。

| 《六个寻找作者的剧中人》 Six Characters in Search of an Author 意大利3幕喜剧。L.皮兰德娄的代表作。1921年首演。是一部戏中套戏、结构奇特的作品。剧情是：某剧团的导演与演员正在排练皮兰德娄的剧本《各尽其职》，6个自称是被作者废弃的剧中人闯进排练场，要求赋予他们舞台生命。他们不由分说追述自己的经历，于是戏中戏开始。他们的故事渐渐吸引了在场者，导演决定就排他们这个戏。但演员们在排演中不时与“剧中人”发生矛盾，最后戏中戏与框架融为一体，变为真戏演了起来，剧情变成：丈夫逼妻子与人私奔，以为是成人之美，却不料造成家庭悲剧；母亲疼爱所有的孩子，但大女儿沦落风尘，大儿子冷漠无情，小女儿溺水身亡，小儿子饮弹自尽。这部剧把两个主题有机地套在一起，以舞台上的虚实不分、真假难辨揭示现实生活中人格变化不定、人际关系无法确定的状况。这部悲喜交集、幻想与现实融合的作品，所表现的也是作家的创作过程。虚构而成的人物一旦出现，就有了独立意志，不再为作者所左右。
