In this paper, we investigated short-term effect and treatment-related toxicity of intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) in the treatment of 28 patients with malignant gliomas.
结论:静态多叶光栅逆向调强放疗可使恶性胶质瘤靶区剂量提高到55~78Gy,未见严重的急性早期放射反应和晚期放射反应,操作方便可行,一年生存率高。
