是应用核素标记单抗能与肿瘤细胞上肿瘤抗原结合特点,形成肿瘤及其转移灶产生放射性物质聚积,应用特制γ探测仪进行放射计数,即可借放射性物质聚积的浓度判断是否为肿瘤病灶,避免了手术切除时的盲目性、主观性,有助于合理地确定手术范围。
