主料
鲩鱼肉4两（约160克），皮蛋1只，茶瓜丝1汤匙，芫荽3棵，油及生抽各2茶匙，姜2片，盐少许。
做法
1、鲩鱼肉切片，姜切丝，芫荽切段，皮蛋切6块。
2、鲩鱼片用油、姜丝及生抽拌匀。
3、锅内注水煮沸，加入茶瓜、皮蛋，加盖，大火煮沸2分钟。
4、加入鱼片、芫荽，大火煮2分钟，加盐调味即成。
备注
1、此汤水有清热降火的功效。
2、茶瓜丝可于杂货店或酱料店购买。
