free-floating anxiety
游离性焦虑(free一noating anxiety)又称“自由浮动焦虑”。一种原因不明的、持续性烦恼和紧张体验。病人预感到某种不幸或危险即将降临而提心吊胆、惶恐不安，但不知究竟会发生什么事。有的病人偶尔认为其焦虑起因于一般生活事件，但与其严重程度很不相称。焦虑可以很轻，仅有断续的不安感，也可以很重，达到绝望、剧烈的激动，甚至惊恐程度。病人常有注意力不集中、失眠、食欲不振、无力、心情沮丧和尿频、震颤、出汗、晕厥、肌肉痉孪等自」神经兴奋的症状。常见于焦虑性神经症。采用抗焦虑药物，如安定类，刀受体阻滞剂，普蔡施尔，或放松疗法等均有效;支持性心理治疗往往也有良好作用。 (刘协和撰赵亚忠审)
