  为组织胺受体的一种。是组织胺的特异性受体。H1-受体主要分布于支气管平滑肌、肠道平滑肌、子宫平滑肌等。组织胺能兴奋H1-受体,使这些部位的平滑肌收缩。H1-受体阻断药是指传统的抗组织胺药,如*苯海拉明等。
