METHODS Using the sedative and hypnotic experiments to observe the open-field activity and the spontaneous activity after mice were intraperitoneally injected 320,160,80 mg·kg-1 of ferulic acid and 2 000,1 000,500 mg·kg-1of ligustrazine,measuring the changes of hypnotic action induced with pentobarbital in subthreshold.
