常用针灸穴位。属足少阳胆经，是合穴、筋会。因外侧为阳，膝下为陵，合穴为气血会聚之处，故有此名。国际标准代号为GB34。
定位 正坐或仰卧位，腓骨小头前下方凹陷中。
刺灸法 直刺1～1.5寸，将针刺入后，先在腓骨上敲击数下，然后向外提针，再将针尖稍向前从胫、腓骨之间刺入约3分左右，然后留针，针感比较明显；可灸。
功用 强筋健骨，利胆和胃。
主治 足膝痿痹，身热黄疸。
定位 正坐或仰卧位，腓骨小头前下方凹陷中。
