主动特异性免疫治疗
有以下几种疫苗试用于肿瘤治疗：①修饰肿瘤细胞疫苗：是肿瘤患者的肿瘤细胞，经过放射线照射，病毒感染，紫外线照射或高温处理等，改变其致瘤性保留其免疫原性，加佐剂组成疫苗，但存在取材受限，病毒污染，个体限制等问题；②有效肿瘤抗原加佐剂制成疫苗：此疫苗可被T细胞识别，从而诱导机体免疫功能来杀伤瘤细胞，有人发现这种疫苗短期内可使肿瘤停止生长；③重组病毒疫苗：用人工合成肽与灭活病毒重组成疫苗，可对已知分子结构的特定抗原进行免疫性分析，分子重组后刺激T细胞，并可大量复制，该疫苗处于动物实验阶段；④抗独特型抗体疫苗等。北京医科大学人民医院妇科肿瘤中心制备的6B11，经动物实验证明有细胞免疫反应及体液免疫反应。其基因序列为国际上新发现。
