| 特异性免疫 specific immunity 一种对进入机体的抗原物质有选择性的识别和清除功能。又称后天免疫、获得性免疫。具有产生特异性抗体（体液免疫）和产生致敏淋巴细胞（细胞免疫）两方面的免疫作用。 其特点为：①具有特异性（或称专一性）。机体的二次应答是针对再次进入机体的抗原，而不是针对其他初次进入机体的抗原。②有免疫记忆。免疫系统对初次抗原刺激的信息可留下记忆。与再次进入机体的相同抗原相遇时，产生迅速而强烈的免疫应答。③有正反应和负反应。在一般情况下，产生特异性抗体或（和）致敏淋巴细胞以发挥免疫功能的称为正反应。在某些情况下，免疫系统对再次抗原刺激不再产生针对该抗原的抗体或（和）致敏淋巴细胞，这是特异性的一种低反应性或无反应性，称为负反应，又称免疫耐受性。④有多种细胞参与。针对抗原刺激的应答主要是T细胞和B细胞，还需要其他一些细胞（巨噬细胞、粒细胞等）的参与。⑤有个体的特征。特异性免疫是机体出生后，经抗原的反复刺激而在非特异性免疫的基础上建立的一种保护个体的功能，这种功能有质和量的差别，不同于非特异性免疫。 在抗原刺激下，机体的特异性免疫应答一般可分为感应、反应和效应3个阶段。①感应阶段。为机体接受抗原刺激的阶段，分为抗原的摄取与识别两个方面。②反应阶段。为淋巴细胞识别抗原后被激活的阶段。③效应阶段。为执行免疫功能的阶段，抗原为作用的对象。 体液免疫是由抗体主导的特异性免疫，因抗体主要由B细胞演变成的浆细胞产生，所以又称B细胞介导的免疫。细胞免疫是T细胞在受到抗原刺激后引起的特异性免疫应答，也称T细胞介导的免疫。在一般情况下，细胞免疫和体液免疫相辅相成，以利于消除外来的抗原。但在某些情况下，两者也可能出现拮抗现象，如在实验性肿瘤研究中，封闭抗体的存在会抑制细胞免疫对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用，而促进肿瘤细胞的生长。 |
