穿山甲 穿山甲 拼音名：Chuanshanjia 英文名：SQUAMA MANIS 书页号：2000年版一部-220 本品为鲮鲤科动物穿山甲 Manis pentadactyla Linnaeus的鳞甲。收集鳞甲，洗净， 晒干。
【性状】
本品呈扇面形、三角形、菱形或盾形的扁平片状或半折合状，中间较厚， 边缘较薄，大小不一，长宽各为0.7～5cm。外表面黑褐色或黄褐色，有光泽，宽端有数 十条排列整齐的纵纹及数条横线纹；窄端光滑。内表面色较浅，中部有一条明显突起的 弓形横向棱线，其下方有数条与棱线相平行的细纹。角质，半透明，坚韧而有弹性，不 易折断。气微腥，味淡。
【鉴别】
取本品粗粉约1g，加氯仿60ml，加热回流4 小时，放冷，滤过，滤液蒸 干，残渣加氯仿1ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取穿山甲对照药材1g，同法制成对照 药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各10μl,分别点于同一 硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以苯－丙酮(20:1)为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以醋酐－硫酸( 9:1) 的混合液，在80℃加热数分钟，分别置日光及紫外光灯(365nm) 下检视。供试品色 谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，分别显相同颜色的斑点或荧光斑点。
【检查】
杂质 不得过4％ （附录Ⅸ A）。
【炮制】
穿山甲 除去杂质，洗净，干燥。 炮山甲 取净穿山甲，大小分开，照烫法（附录Ⅱ D）用砂烫至鼓起，洗净，干燥。 用时捣碎。 醋山甲 取净穿山甲，大小分开，按上法烫至鼓起，醋淬，取出，干燥。用时捣碎。 每100kg穿山甲 ，用醋30kg。
【性味与归经】
咸，微寒。归肝、胃经。
【功能与主治】
通经下乳，消肿排脓，搜风通络。用于经闭{徵}瘕，乳汁不通，痈 肿疮毒，关节痹痛，麻木拘挛。
【用法与用量】
5～9g,一般炮炙后用。
【注意】
孕妇慎用。
【贮藏】
置干燥处。
