主动脉瘤
主动脉壁向外扩张所形成的动脉瘤。主要由于动脉粥样硬化或梅毒使主动脉中层弹力组织破坏，管壁失去弹性和血流冲击造成的。升主动脉、主动脉弓和降主动脉均可发生。①升主动脉和主动脉根部的动脉瘤，早期即有明显临床表现，亦称"体征性动脉瘤"，压迫邻近器官引起相应的症状和体征，如压迫上腔静脉引起*上腔静脉压迫综合征；压迫气管支气管引起气管移位和变形，表现为气急，呼吸困难，咳嗽，肺不张等；②主动脉弓动脉瘤常侵及食道、气管、支气管、喉返神经、交感神经、大静脉等；早期即出现症状，亦称"症状性动脉瘤。"表现为咳嗽，吞咽困难、胸痛、声嘶、呃逆以及上腔静脉综合征及*霍纳综合征等；③降主动脉动脉瘤可无症状。主动脉瘤破裂大出血可引起猝死。本症以外科手术治疗为主。
