congenital dermal sinus
开口于中线皮肤的外胚层管道。临床特点为：①窦管外口多见于背部的中线皮肤，尤以腰骶部及顶、枕部的中线为多，但由于窦口很小，不易早期发现。②窦管内口不一定与外口处于同一水平，有时可相差2～5个椎体；内口可扩张成为一个或多个皮样或上皮样囊肿，囊内压力较低，早期缺乏神经压迫症状。③窦道始端大多在硬膜内及脑脊髓外，少数在髓内或硬膜外，受感染后可并发窦口周围脓肿、椎管内感染及化脓性脑膜炎。常伴发其他先天性异常。本病需手术治疗。
