性质:又称带电超细纤维毡,由熔喷法超细纤维毡经电晕等处理而具有长期稳定的电荷和高表面电荷密度,以提高过滤效率。基本上各种热塑性聚合物都可用,以平均直径3μm、定积重量40g/m2的聚丙烯超细纤维驻极体毡为例,分极电荷量为7.2×10-10C/cm2,过滤效率99.998%。制法是在熔喷时施加约10kV/cm的电压,聚丙烯毡的表面温度40℃,分极电荷高峰温度各为92℃和152℃时,活化能各为0.35和0.62电子伏特(eV)。用途为高性能滤材、吸附材料、高效口罩、防护衣、被褥、座垫等。
