性质:又名羟可待酮。本品可从乙醇中得到棒状结晶,熔点218~219℃,溶于乙醇、氯仿,几乎不溶于乙醚、水及氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化铵溶液。本品的盐酸盐结晶体可从水中得到,熔点270℃(分解),溶于水、乙醇、氯仿,不溶于乙醚。本品盐酸盐为中效阿片类镇痛止咳剂,其镇痛作用比可待因强10倍,口服效力较高,常与解热止痛药配伍,用于外科止痛、急性肾绞痛。
