| 肛裂 anal fissure 以肛管皮肤全层裂开，形成梭形溃疡，表现为周期性疼痛的病证。一般分为早期肛裂和陈旧性肛裂两类。隋代巢元方《诸病源候论》中即论述了该病疼痛、出血的主要表现。肛裂多因血热肠燥，大便干结，便时肛门猛力扩张而发生的撕裂。证见大便秘结，便时及便后肛门灼痛，便后少量出血。裂口多在肛门前、后正中线上，为梭形溃疡，初期色泽红软边齐，慢性溃疡者边厚不整，底硬而色白。治宜清热润肠通便，可服麻子仁丸；阴虚者佐以滋阴，服润肠汤。新鲜肛裂可用生肌散或生肌玉红膏外搽，陈旧者先以枯痔散腐蚀，再以生肌散收口。其他如封闭疗法、手术疗法等均可随证施用。 预防：少食辛辣，防止便秘，积极防治肛周慢性炎症是预防该病的有效方法。 |
