Objective:To discuss the effect of microsurgery and early stage rehabilitation treatment on motor function and activities of daily living(ADL)in patients with spinal cord tumor.
方法:27例脊髓肿瘤患者均采用显微外科技术进行肿瘤切除,术后早期采取运动功能训练和ADL训练,并配合理疗、心理疏导等综合康复治疗。

儿童睾丸肿瘤
病名。指睾丸肿瘤发 生于儿童者。罕见。临床如胚胎癌或畸胎瘤等。多发于3周岁以前。表现无痛性睾丸增大， 弥漫 性，质地不均且硬，形态不规则，囊性区透光试验呈阳性。X线、B超、CT、同位素扫描及放 射性免疫学检查等可协助诊断及临床分期。据病理组织学检查确诊。治宜行根治性睾丸切除 术，依病理及临床分期选择放射治疗、化学治疗及综合治疗等。
